Help Wanted By FWMBA
Have you ever wanted to get involved with the club, now is the time! We have several areas needing volunteers.

Grant Writer - FWMBA needs an individual to fill out applications for grant money. IMBA, Texas Parks and Wildlife and many privately operated businesses such as REI, Home Depot and Lowe's have grant moneys and or materials available to volunteer non-profit organizations like FWMBA. It will be the grant writer's responsibility to actively seek out any and all opportunities to acquire revenue needed in the operation of FWMBA. Some of these opportunities to solicit government and private business entities for cash and/or materials are quite easy to apply for, but some of them will require some creative writing and negotiating skills to secure the goods. The FWMBA grant writer must be self motivated, confident and pro-active about contacting local and regional government and private businesses. Contact Club Prez
Video Producer - FWMBA needs an individual to produce videos for our club website. This individual should be savvy about production, creative and in short be able to show off the people and trails of FWMBA Land. The FWMBA video producer will be responsible for producing video shorts highlighting area bike shop personalities, fellow club member interviews, bike friendly establishments and of course the trails. It will be the responsibility of the FWMBA video producer to upload the videos to our website or link them to a second party website (like YouTube) and link them to FWMBA. Contact Club Prez
Trail Stewards - FWMBA needs individuals to help design, build and maintain future FWMBA trails. The probability of new mountain bike trail construction taking place at Eagle Mountain Lake Park and/or Mallard Cove Park will necessitate the need for new trail stewards. As a FWMBA trail steward you will be responsible for the planning of Workfests for FWMBA members to construct corridor, tread and erosion control practices in keeping with IMBA's design criteria.
